PaddleHub-sovelluksen käyttöönotto etenee hyvin. Tällä hetkellä jo 300 jäsentä on rekisteröitynyt sovellukseen, mikä on noin 60 % jäsenistöstä.
Osa jäsenistä on raportoinut, että kutsuviesti on päätynyt roskapostikansioon. Suosittelemme lisäämään osoitteen info(at)paddlehub.online sähköpostiohjelman osoitekirjaan, jotta viestit tulevat jatkossa perille. Tämän tiedotteen lopussa on painike, jonka avulla osoitteen lisääminen onnistuu helposti.
Vajalla oleva tabletti on nyt täysin käytössä, mutta sen käyttö eroaa hieman aiemmasta sovelluksesta. Tabletin käyttö edellyttää henkilökohtaista QR-koodikorttia, joka tulee tilata etukäteen lähettämällä sähköpostia osoitteeseen app(at)espooneskimot.fi. Korttia näytetään tabletin takakameralle kaluston ulos- ja sisäänkuittausta varten.
Tämän tiedotteen lopussa on linkki käyttöohjeisiin sekä linkki lyhyeen videoon (englanninkielinen selostus). Mikäli et voi käyttää sovellusta omalla puhelimellasi tai sinulla ei ole älypuhelinta, pyydämme tilaamaan QR-koodikortin mahdollisimman pian.
QR-koodikortit tilattu ennen torstai ovat noudettavissa Kevättalkoissa lauantaina 25.4.
Kevättalkoiden yhteydessä tarjoamme myös henkilökohtaista opastusta sovelluksen käyttöönottoon ja käyttöön.

PaddleHub rollout update
Dear members,
The PaddleHub rollout is progressing well, with around 300 members (about 60%) now registered in the app.
Some members have reported that the invitation email has ended up in the spam folder. We recommend adding info(at)paddlehub.online to your email address book to ensure delivery. A button is provided at the bottom of the newsletter to make this easier.
The tablet at the boathouse is now fully operational, but it works differently than before. To use the tablet, you need a personal QR code card, which must be ordered in advance by emailing app(at)espooneskimot.fi. The card is then scanned with the tablet’s rear camera to check equipment in and out.
At the bottom of this post, you will find a link to instructions and a short video with English narration. If you cannot use the app on your phone or do not have a smartphone, please order your QR code card as soon as possible.
QR code cards ordered latest Thursday will be available for pickup at the spring work event on Saturday, April 25th, where personal support for installing and using the app will also be provided.
